What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you up to 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, with no scratches or signs of wear—and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are damaged or show signs of use.

Can I change sizes?

Yes – size exchanges are always available, as long as the original ring is in its original condition (no scratches or signs of wear) and the desired size is in stock.

If you’d like to exchange your ring for a different size, please email us at hello@thefidgetlab.com, and we’ll assist you from there.

Please note: If your requested size is out of stock, you may need to wait until it is restocked.

We do not cover return shipping costs, but we’ll cover the shipping of your new ring back to you.

If you are located in the US, UK, or Canada, you can request a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $19.

Where are the orders shipped from?

All orders, returns, and size exchanges are handled through our shipping partner based in Stockholm, Sweden.

If you're located outside the EU, no need to worry—you won’t be charged any additional import fees or VAT. We take care of all that in advance, at no extra cost to you.

What material are the rings made of?

Our rings are all made of 316 Stainless Steel.

316 is a highly durable and corrosion resistant grade of stainless steel.
