Size exchanges are always available as long as the original ring is in its original condition (no scratches or visible wear) and the desired size is in stock.
We offer a 90-day return policy, giving you up to 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required. We reserve the right to decline returns for items that are damaged or show signs of use.
